    Problem - Gantry not saving changes

    • Hi

      I have just installed Gantry upgrade to version 3.1.13, using Kinetic template and Joomla version 1.5.22.

      The gantry admin is not saving changes. It just remains stuck trying to save, there is no error message, just the spinning save icon.

      I have checked the directory and file permissions, all ok.
      I have reinstalled the latest gantry version, with no error messages.

      Would appreciate any advice as to how to fix this issue

      thank you for the details.
      i think this could be related to seo and mod_rewrite, could you disable both settings until this issue is solved?
      also disable the cache in the global configuration, then clean your cache under > tools > clean cache and inside your browser as well.
      then check if that makes the apply/save work in the template parameters.

      yes you could access the file directly via ftp:
      ../templates/rt_kinetic_j15/params.ini
