Gantry Warning after Joomla update

I get this warning after upgrading a site from Joomla 1.6.5 to 1.7.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.../libraries/gantry/core/gantryplatform.class.php on line 104
Please help, how do I get rid of this warning? The site seems to be working ok, but this warning appears 4 times at the top of the site and on top of the main menu. - Last Edit: 13 years 7 months ago by cork.

It's been a few months.... Is there a Rocket Theme technician that can help out?
My customer's website is still using Joomla 1.6.5 and when I tried to upgrade to 1.7.3, it appears that the Gantry doesn't work with Joomla 1.7.
Please help.

i have not ever seen this same error on any of my own installs so i do not know what is causing it at this point. the other post is by a user who found a solution himself, which i thought might be helpful to users here. nothing wrong with that i'd say.
if you have the same issue, feel free to send me your link and super admin details to take a closer look.

All Apologies, I didn't see the second post in that thread where the solution was to re-install the template after upgrading Gantry.
I think my solution was a little different though. When first upgrading to a Joomla 1.7 or Joomla 2.5 from an older installation, depending upon your server the live update can fail and many of the database entries are altered. So my solution was to upgrade manually then "fix" the database entries by going to "Extension Manager/Database" and clicking "Fix." After this, Gantry began to behave and all was well.
