  that's weird, usually it's the other way around:
  rokgzipper = off > no issues
  rokgzipper = on > issues under certain scenarios
  
  do you have a link for us where we can see the issue with rokgzipper off?

  when i check your site and the source code i DO see compressed files.

- OK we don't undertand...
  my RokGZipper plugin is ON
  That's my Gantry RokGZipper who is OFF, in my template manager (in advanced tab).

  can you set them ALL to OFF, then clear your cache and check if the css is still broken?

  Thanks for this informations... this is realy helpful.
  In order to resume, this is better to OFF all GZippers for developpement, and ON only when sites are in production...
  OFF = No conflicts between RokGZipper and Gantry GZipper, and flush cache when changing parameters in Joomla, in developpement.
  ON = Increase loading page speed rate, in production.
