Edit CSS in Gantry

Problem a silly question - sorry.
Is there a way to edit template.css and other style sheets inline in the administrator panel? Since 2.5 and gantry, there doesn't seem to be a button to let you edit them. Maybe a plugin?
Any help would be really appreciated. I've been downloading them and editing them in an editor up to now.

I still recommend using a "real" editor though. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
