SOLVED What happened to "Assignments" in gantry

I have created a new override template for momentum but there is no tab so that I can assign it to any pages. I am using the latest gantry version, and version 1.7 Momentum template. What's Up?

HI, I'm looking at the exact same set up and I see the assignments tabs in my installation.
Maybe try re-installing Gantry through the extensions manager, possibly something didn't take during the initial install. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Gantry 4 now obeys ACL - check hat the user/user group has permission for this
Try to clear Joomla cache, open Master copy of the template and save configuration without changing anything - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision

1. Cleared Cache
2. Cleared Gantry Cache
3. There is only one user and that is a Super User (me)
4. Saved Configuration in MASTER template
5. Re-Installed Gantry
Still, there is no ASSIGMENT tab in the OVERIDE version of the template.

- I can but not until i backup the site and currently I am not able to get Akeeba backup to work so I am having to fix that issue iorst. Arghhhhhh.

OK, I did that Igor but still there is no ASSIGNMENT tab. Arghhhh.
Another thing I have noticed, and this is happening on a local server, is that when i uninstalled Gantry and the theme, that once i installed the theme again I can not change it from the default color. if i go into the template manager and choose a preset, nothing happens on the front end. I have no idea what has happened to this site but it seems the admin is all going to hell in a hand basket. Please tell me I do not have to rebuild this site to get tit to work again.

Could the fact that there seems to be several occurrences of Mission Control have anything to do with the problem?

It will not let me trash them either, it keeps saying that it is the default template when it is not.
