  • SOLVED Cannot access master templates with gantry

    • Hello,

      I'm making a brand new website and I'm having some unexpected problems with Gantry on my host. I've played around on a localhost version with Cahapelco and .1.14 adn .1.15 Gantry framework and it all worked fine.

      I tried to move the site to a live host, but it didn't allow me to access Chapelco from the template manager. Since the site was lite I decided to make a brand new instalation of Joomla 3.1 and do it over again.

      After installing joomla 3.1.5 and just adding Chapelco and Gantry .1.15 i still had the same error on a completely fresh installation. The error I'm getting in the address bar is: www.studio-doli.com/administrator/index....te&layout=edit&id=10

      The host is running PHP 5.4.11

      Any quick assistance will be much appreciated!

      thank you for the details.
      when i try to open the chapelco template settings (using firefox) i get the following error:

      Could not connect to resource: www.joomlacontenteditor.net/index.php?op...l&id=1/extension.xml

      so this is a problem is caused by jce, can you ask their support why this update url is causing an error?

      Thank you for the prompt assistance! I removed the JCE editor and it all seems to function fine now, I can access the template manager. It was an odd problem though...
