Could you please post a URL to your site so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

1) I installed Joomla 2.5 ( GoDaddy ) in
basicslandscaping.com/j25/
.
2) I used SP Ugrade to migrate site. The template was called 'basics' if that means anything and Juxta & Gantry were also installed in original site.
3) I used this tutorial to upgrade template.
4) I installed Justa 1.6.3 bundled ( Gantry )
5) Installed 'basics25.zip ( changed name from basics )
6) Do you need login info or anything else?
One thing is I do not know is, if any other folders/files from 'basics' or 'gantry' files from 'basics' need to be upgraded also?
if you installed juxta bundle - you will also need to install the necessary RT extensions too and ensure that any already installed are the latest version too.
i have to say that renaming files folders is not the way I would recommend for migrating an old site from 1.5 I would suggest:
1. create new joomla 2.5 install and add juxta template for 2.5
2. install j2xml on your j1.5 site and export the articles/category content
3. install j2xml importer on j2.5 site and import the articles/categories from your old site.
4. recreate menus manually to that content.
5. create a custom CSS file and add any necessary CSS customisations from yyour old site (but do verify each of the CSS statements as they may be different in J2.5 structure).

if you install juxta bundle - that contains the gantry framework as part of the bundle.
