I suggest - Could you please post a URL to your site so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

This is because you have floated a lot of elements in your article and table and have not cleared the float by adding
<div class="clear"></div>
after your table in your article.

if you ever float anything - you should clear the float after you have finished your code - you can't rely on other code elsewhere clearing the float for you.

After I selected in JCE "HTML5" instead of HTML4, it looks like working now, but the code <div class="clear"></div> is still deleted when I save the article.
I'm afraid we don't support third-party extensions - use our rokpad editor instead of JCE - or ask for help on the JCE forums on how to change it's settings so it does not remove the code.
