Hi
I am new to Joomla.
I hope you will take the time to help me a little progress.
Can I move the position of the sidebar-a, so that it will be located on the left side of the site. And The contents are to the right of the menu
I use Gantry - default.

Yes, template manager > layout tab - use the slider for the mainbody.
