SOLVED Failed to upgrade Gantry and Template to Joomla 3.3

I am trying to upgrade the following website (Joomla 2.5.24, Clarion (non-responsive), and Gantry 4.1.24):
morningside.org
to Joomla 3.3.3. For that reason, I have copied the core DB components to a new host and point to it from a temporary domain name, just to keep the original website (which is online for the public right now) from any mess.
The new address is:
morningside-church.info/morningside333
Most of the inside pages are copied and are showing in the default Joomla 3.3 template, then I have installed Gantry and Clarion (I have tried both the responsive and non responsive 1.7), but I have the following problems:- Gantry is not showing in the template manager?
- Clarion Template screws the website, hiding all the contents?
I have attached in the secure area a super user name and pswd for the Joomla 3 (morningside-church.info/morningside333/administrator), as I have no way to figure out what is the problem.
Please halp.

- As far as I can see, everything works as expected. You just need to publish your modules to the correct module positions defined in the Clarion template

I have tried to publish the menu, in navigation-b as in the old website, but it does not show?! Can you please help, just to have an idea about what is wrong with the website....
