SOLVED Logo doesn't change?

I've choosed > Hydrogen - Home > Settings > Particle Settings > Logo
I've tried to change image and choosed image file "images/joomla_black.gif"
I've clicked "Save Settings" and got a positive response that change was saved.
But when I update frontend nothing has changed?
What have I done wrong?

You don't have a logo particle on the home layout? So all you've done is to change the particle default settings - but you're not using one?
