SOLVED Page Assignment not taking for second Theme Outline

This has crept up on other sites but I've managed to work around it. This time, I can't avoid it - gotta get it working.
The base outline and the default outline are working as expected. I've duplicated the default outline and assigned it to a number of pages, but no amount of cache clearing/recompiling css/etc has helped to get this secondary theme outline to appear on the site. Any ideas?

I'm not quite sure what you mean? You also have Chapelco template installed and Gantry 4 and this is assigned to some of your other pages? What page (menu item) specifically is not showing the outline that you expect?
Please do a screenshot of your problem and annotate to make it clear.

I just unistalled the Chapelco template (from a previous iteration of the site) and Gantry 4 though the issue remains.
As an example, the /convention page is assigned to the secondary theme outline and should have "convention" added as a body class (in page settings) as well as a different logo and styling though they do not appear frontside. If you disable SEF links in Global configuration then it works perfectly so it's something to do with that (I left it disabled so you can see).
Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.
It would be worth disabling the redirect plugin too as that may be influencing things too.
It may also be because you are aliasing to another menu item too.

I was just looking at this...
Can you try something for me. Make the "convention" menu item in the real menu and put the alias in the other menu (rather than the way around you have it now). Let's see if that helps.

So, I just checked with out lead developer and we have seen it before. In all previous cases it has been caused by a third-party extension. So, I can only suggest that you disable these one at a time, clearing browser and server cache between each change, until you find the culprit.
