SOLVED No block variations for module particle

Posted 9 years 5 days ago
    • Hello Rocket,

If we create a new particle module using Joomla module manager there are no block variations to use, unlike if you put the particle directly into the template. Are we expected to use the module suffix in this case?

    • Yes you are. The box variations etc will work there too.

    • Hi Mr T,

Used the block variation 'Box 3' in the module class suffix, but the background of the module doesn't turn black, as suggested by the template block variations list.

Using Joomla 3.5.1 and Gantry 5.2.18

      Any thoughts?

      Thanks

      Ian

    • When used as a module class suffix you use the class name and not the variation name so "box3" not "Box 3".
