    SOLVED Myriad contact form missing

    • After installing Myriad template as quick setup (rocketlounch), the contact us form not shown up as shown in the attached images.

      The Demo use the Joomla Contact page "Contact Us" -> Menu Item Type -> Single Contact.
      So are you using the same?
