    • Did you copy the dependent Javascript?

      Did you enable jquery?

Did you copy the scss? did you edit that scss to take account of variables that are not defined in Hydrogen?

Did you recompile CSS from base outline?

I have to say for your very first post that copying particles from one template to another is an advanced subject to start out on.

If you need more help, Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

Also Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Ok that's done for you and working:

      1. You hadn't copied all the JS
      2. You hadn't changed the file references for the js in the bookblock.html.twig
      3. You hadn't created a custom.scss
      4. you hadn't imported the _bookblock.scss
      5. you hadn't initialised the variable required by the bookblock.scss that do not exist in Hydrogen in your custom.scss
      6. You hadn't loaded jquery.

I see you are trying to copy other particles too... and they have many of the same issues. I only correct the bookblock for you.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Hey Mark,

I noticed you commented recently on the Github page about migrating particles from one Joomla Gantry Template to another.

If you would be so kind: Could you spell out how to migrate particles from one Wordpress Gantry Theme to another?

Or how to aggregate the particle assets so that they can be uploaded into another theme?

That part of the Gantry Documentation is completely missing and badly needed.

If posting this into another thread is appropriate, I accept.

      Many thanks,

      Mo

    • Please don't post in six month old dormant topics or we might miss your topic altogether.

It's the same in wordpress - just find the equivalent folders and do the same as the instructions state.

      Regards, Mark.
