SOLVED Installed but but not working

- Installed Gantry 5 on Joomla 3.6 just fine. Installed Ricochet Template just fine. However, when I go to Components > Grantry 5 Themes it says that there are no themes. And when I go to visit my site it says: This template requires the Gantry Template Framework. Please download and install from www.gantry-framework.org/download

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
FTP info with Username and password is also necessary ...
For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that! - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

- Issue may have been with the ricochet template. I've installed citadel with no problem.

Ricochet is not a Gantry 5 template - you need Gantry 4 for Ricochet. Citadel is a Gantry 5 template.
