SOLVED Gantry 5 Swiper particle not working properly when in module

Hi!
I am finalising a bi-lingual website. This website I have set up based on the demo content for Ethereal. However, since it is related to the interaction between Joomla and the Gantry 5 swiper, it may need a more general answer, which is why I am placing the question here. I use Falang to translate websites. In order to use Falang here, with Gantry 5, I needed to place the particles in a module instance. This works fine, and all particles are translated.
However, one particle is obstinate with regards to its layout. That is the swiper, as is to be seen in the 2 attachments. Instead of the swiper items appearing one at a time, with only one visible each time, it places them next to each other. They then overlap the adjacent swiper content list, and even run off the page!
I have checked all the settings that I can reach, and assured they are all identical to the demo content settings for the swiper. This site is not yet live. I will include info in the secure page so that it can be accessed by Rockettheme gurus.
I hope someone can help, as this is all that is needed for the website to be finished.

You are using Gantry 5.2.18 which is very out of date - please update to G5.3.2 Then I can look again (backup first).

Re: outdated Gantry 5: Apologies. I have now updated to Gantry 5.3.2.
The behaviour of the particle is still the same, however, unfortunately.

re answerring your own post - edit your original post rather than creating another. you can put info in both the public tab and secure tab within the same post.
I think I advised you before... I would not be using module instances. Rather you should be using "module position" on the layout and then assigning the modules to that position also flag the module with the correct language too.
The account that you gaveme does not appear to have full superuser rights? so I can't look at the things that I need to (e.g. global configuration). Please elevate the account rights.
Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

Ok I switched to using a module position instead just to make things easier to understand. So it would appear that particle really doesn't like being using inside a module. So, I suggest that you use a roksprocket module instead (an example of which is seen in the ethereal demo home > roksprocket). That shouldn't have any issues and will look the same.
Create the roksprocket and assign that module to the "bilingual-slider-pos" that I created on your layout.

Well that didn't really do the trick, I am sorry to say, because we need it bi-lingual. And roksprocket is impossible to translate in this situation, at least using Falang. I tested it. And with Falang working so well for everything else, I cannot uninstall it. And if we can't continue the translation in the same beautiful way as was possible with all the other particles-in-a-module (which was a great discovery), then why switch to Roksprocket? Without translation the original swiper particle worked just fine anyway. I am getting happier and happier with the particles since they translate so well using Falang within a module.
Is there any way of getting this particular swiper particle to work in a module normally, like the others? Can this be fixed?
For now I have simply removed most text from the particle and reverted back to it, leaving it untranslated. Sigh. To be continued?
