    • You need to use two roksprocket modules (one in each language) assigned to the same position but with their repective langauge settings OR you can use one roksprocket module but reading the articles within from two different categories (one for each langauge) with the articles within also set with their language flags too.

I am no expert on falang at all, I can only tell you the way that RT recommends.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Hi Mark,

That is just the problem. I cannot see where to change the language setting the the roksproket module settings, see images attached. The other modules yes, the roksprocket module, not that I can see.

That was why I asked: "Is there any way of getting this particular swiper particle to work in a module normally, like the others? Can this be fixed?"

Because if that swiper particle just behaved like the other particles which I was able to translate, there would not be a problem.

      Cheers,
      Marjoline

    • Ok I might have confused you... There is no need for the roksprocket to have language specifically for the module since the roksprocket is filtering the articles to be shown by a category, only the articles matching the current language should be presented. If you find this is not the case I can look again.

Regarding the swiper particle - we did not write the swiper JS - so, no, I don't think there is a way to get it to work like the other modules.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Ok, thanks Mark. I was using the Roksprocket Simple articles, where this does not seem to hold. I will try now using the Joomla articles in RokSprocket, if this works all is fine. The Joomla articles are of course dead-easy to translate. I'll let you know again. Cheers, Marjoline

    • Ok Mark,

That did the trick, with regards to translations. And that is what this case was about. I do not yet have RokSprocket behaving in the same way as the Ethereal particle, but that is a different case.

So as far as this is concerned, I am happy, this solution works with regards to the issue at hand, and if you like this can be stamped "solved" now.

Thanks again for all your time and thinking along to resolve this.

      Cheers,
      Marjoline
