SOLVED Particles not editable in either hydrogen or helium with gantry 5

I have installed gantry 5.3.3 with helium 5.3.3 and Hydrogen 5.3.3
I am not able to edit any particles through the template management facility that I normally access through components>Gantry 5 themes>
When I click on the cogs on the layout tab that would normally let me edit the particles, the only option is to delete the particle by dragging it up to the top. I have tried reinstalling gantry and the templates, I have uninstalled gantry 4. Any suggestions?

Hi Kristen, Gantry v5.3.3 was only just released earlier today and it has a bug in it preventing the particle/module settings to be accessed (exactly like the problem you're experiencing)

They're working on a fix at the moment but the quickets remedy would be to uninstall Gantry 5.3.3 and install 5.3.2
