    SOLVED Simple content particle insert in another position and module

    Posted 8 years 8 months ago
    • How do I insert a (simple content particle) module to another position? I want place this module, in this moment placed on the home page, to another position in an inside page of my website.

      To this feature, I used always the Modules Anywhere plugin by Peter Van Westen. Sometimes, the Integrated plugin Joomla Content - Load Modules (I've already tried to insert this code (
      {loadmodule mod_login}
      ) in a Custom HTML particle, but it does not work!)

      Is there any solution already provided in gantry5?

    • Why do you need another position? Why not just move the position on the layout of the outline that you are using. E.g. you can have a header-a in one place of the layout of one outline and a header-a in a completely different place on the layout of the other outline.

      Joomla's {loadposition xxxx} is a way of loading a module in another module or article.

      Regards, Mark.

    • I thought about it, but the module is part of a graphic composition; it's joined to a grid image particle (see screenshot). I've tried Joomla's loadposition {xxxx}, entered into a Custom HTML particle, but it does not work!
      I tried also to enter this code (without TinyMCE and by using Rokpad), by activating or not the module plugin interpreter option, in the HTML joomla module; also changing the style option from the Content - Load Modules plugin, ...but Nothing doing!
      This joomla plugin seems not to work with gantry5 or in the sidebar position.

      I want to avoid having to create two different offer modules and I'm looking for a way to use the one of the home page.

    • Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

      Did you enable "process shortcodes" in the customhtml particle?

      Regards, Mark.

      Of course.

      In this Secure tab you find the URL, superuser id and pswd.

    • Ok so I did some extensive testing on this and loadmodule does not work. But loadposition (as I suggested) does work. So please use loadposition instead.
