SOLVED Helium-modules are showing everywhere !

Hello.
I must be missing something so I would like your help to find out.
I use Helium only for tablets and mobile phones (for desktops I use my old template)
Here is what I do:
-Go to Tempates>Helium (default)>tab layout
-I work in base outline
-I put some module instances here and and there.
Theese modules does not show as they supposed to! I have set to show them in some pages but they show on all pages! (Module settings in joomla)
Are the module instance particle use diffirent settings than the modules in joomla? Also I can't use assigments becouse they are applying to my main template , too.
I am bit confused....
Am I doing something wrong? Can you help me please?
