SOLVED WP gantry 5 update seems to be taking site down

Got a site I built a while ago with gantry 5
Think before the update it was on 5.3.5
Ran all updates this morning and the site went down
well all pages apart from the homepage

Just getting the hosting company to roll it back to a version from yesterday before i ran the updates
Got them to do this earlier and went through one update at a time to the other plugins and all fine
As soon as i updated gantry to 5.3.9 - boom, down again
Uncaught exception: Unable to find template "@nucleus/content/atom.html.twig" (looked into: /home/amad/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gantry5/engines/nucleus/templates) in "@nucleus/page.html.twig" at line 3.
any one have any ideas whats going wrong ?
Going to avoiding updating when the hosting company have rolled it back again.

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
FTP info with Username and password is also necessary ...

I've attached the details in the secure tab
When i deleted the gantry 5 plugin and reinstalled the 5.3.5 version - everything went back to working fine - so something weird about that update.
Though i have updated numerous other sites to the same level on the same IP and they are all working fine?
Very weird...
Also updated the php to version 7 and that sent roksprocket loopy - any idea when the update for that will be released ?

- First i disabled the Ninja Forms, the i resaved the pager settings in every outline. Now its woring i would also try to update the theme to latest version did you alter anything in it... I need FTP access for it ...
