SOLVED Gantry error and PHP STARTUP (PART 2)

Posted 8 years 5 months ago
    • Hello,

Yesterdey i wrote a post called "Gantry Error and PHP STARPUP", MrT help me and i thought thas it was solved.

      My last post was...

I access and adminstratión joomla!, choose components and then i select Gantry5 Themes and i see this error

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/ixed.5.6.lin' - /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/ixed.5.6.lin: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      Mr.T help me...

That is a server config error so go back to your host and tell them to install sourceguardian properly. See serverpilot.io/community/articles/how-to...source-guardian.html

      Finally i posted...

The first of them is what MrT has said. The server must run Sourceguard.

      The second...
When the server is configurated to WHM/cPanel 11.60 with EA4, you can`t configure Sourceguard for PHP7; then you can configure your server for PHP5.6 and Gantry5 runs perfectly. It's a bit slow that PHP7, but run correctly.

After that, I have to wait until PHP7 and Sourceguard run well with the configuration on my ISP.

But today, Gantry5 doesn't run well in my server.

My ISP wrote me this... "Please, ask Rockethem what PHP modules and versions are exactly compatible with Gantry5, because you are the only client of us that has this problem"

MrT can you help me again, please?

    • basically, when you navigate to Gantry PHP fires up... when PHP fires up it loads your servers PHP Modules... you have a module that's refusing to load, because it doesn't exist

    • Hello Matt,

I sent to you what my ISP says...

      Hello Santiago
there are at least two mistakes at Javascript console. We think that is a Gantry framework bug. Please, sent it them

It's a clean installation with Joomla 3.6.5 and Gantry 5.4.1 theme Hydrogen (althought it happens in other themes)

1)When you try to save a default style, this bug happens:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 93
      at parse (<anonymous>)
      at new constructor (main.js?5852a6df:10)
      at XMLHttpRequest.l.onreadystatechange (main.js?5852a6df:10)
      constructor @ main.js?5852a6df:10
      l.onreadystatechange @ main.js?5852a6df:10

      2) When you save a layout, this bug:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 37
      at parse (<anonymous>)
      at new constructor (main.js?5852a6df:10)
      at XMLHttpRequest.l.onreadystatechange (main.js?5852a6df:10)
      constructor @ main.js?5852a6df:10
      l.onreadystatechange @ main.js?5852a6df:10

      Can you help us, please?

    • Javascript errors have about zero things to do with the PHP error you initially reported... is this a new issue? If so, please open a new thread

    • 1 issue per thread, so a new post in the correct forum would be correct

however, if you're other issue is due to this larger/server-side underlying issue... then yes, we should wait until this issue is resolved first.

    • Sorry, but i don't know where the issue is now.

I'd like to close this thread, but i don´t know what will happen when de Javascript bug is solved.

      I have opened a new thread ( www.rockettheme.com/forum/gantry5-for-jo...ipt-error-in-gantry5 ) titled Javascript error in Gantry5.

If you think i should close one thread or another, tell me which one, please?

      Best regards
