SOLVED Gantry 5.4.2 Update... Less Functionality in Component?

Was this update supposed to take away the ability to pick a template from Gantry Themes component?
My site went really far south yesterday, I still think I had a lot to do with that; but after restoring from a backup and re-applying the 5.4.2 update, I am still seeing this behavior: Gantry 5 Themes brings me straight into my current template, I can no longer change the template or pick a different style. - Last Edit: 8 years 4 months ago by Robbie Laliberte.

No it wasn't - there was only minor regression cahnge made in G5.4.2.
Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.
I don't really understand what the issue is so could you rephrase the problem that you're having please.

Too late I am restoring from a backup.
But I can certainly reprhase, I saw the same thing happen twice with this update.
Normally, when you access Components > Gantry 5 Themes, you are presented with all the G5 templates you have installed. You can then pick one to work with.
Twice now, after updating to 5.4.2, this is no longer the behavior. When I access Components > Gangtry 5 Themes, I am no longer presented with the templates I have installed. I am immediately brought into the Callisto template that I am using.
So, instead of this:

I get this:

Please log in or register to see it.
But its not even that, the style presets are missing, and I'm not even sure what else is missing.
If you REALLY want me to, I'll do it again and reproduce (its happened twice, I'm sure it will happen a third time).

This changed after Gantry 5.3.9 - You can get to that same themes page now by clicking on the Gantry logo top right of Gantry 5 admin. Or, you can access the appropriate template from template manager as you could before.

Well, I guess I missed that and I was right: everything that went wrong yesterday was me mucking about.
Damn retrograde Mercury.
