SOLVED [Info] AdsManager Plugin Bug with Assigned Templates

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you a bug I have had assigning templates to menu items not working, and how I solved it. I am running Joomla 3.6.5 on an Apache server, using Callisto theme 1.3.4 and Gantry 5.
I had a plugin installed called AdsManager that I had disabled some time ago. I did some research on the forums (joomla, RocketTheme, etc.), and you guys mentioned that disabling a plugin doesn't guarantee a fix. After I completely uninstalled AdsManager; I enabled SEF, and sure enough my individual templates are assigned to their correct menus/pages!
