SOLVED Menu Module Items Disappearing on Joomla System Pages?

I've installed Gemini and I'm in love! Customizing templates has never been easier! BUT, I'm experience a quirk.
On standard Joomla pages, error pages, etc, the modules I added to my main menu don't appear. As soon as I navigate to another page, they reappear.
I wonder if it's a jquery issue? But I'm not seeing any conflicts appear when I look at the console.
There should be more items under 'Products', which are actually menu modules. If you click one of the headings and navigate to another page, you'll see they reappear.
This is happening on other standard joomla-generated pages such as View Profile, etc.

Do the positions you are using actually exist on the "error" outline?

Hi Mark,
I figured it out! I was preparing pictures for you, and I found the source of the issue!
I'm using Advanced Module Manager. I thought I had all items selected, but by default it left some unselected. By ignoring the menu items assignments, it is now loading on all.
