SOLVED Placing Language Switcher module in Navigation Bar

Posted 7 years 8 months ago
    • Hello, I am trying to place the Language Switcher module in the Navigation Bar, to the right of the menu items, however it adds extra space above and below. I have tried solutions from two other posts on the forums that were similar with no effect. I have also tried many combinations of nomargin nopadding flush , again with no effect. (on both the template and/or the module).

It would seem that any module placed in the Navigation bar gets extra space added, except if it is custom html or the actual menu. Is there a way to fix this? It's something I have avoided in the past as I've encountered this problem several times on other sites.

Site URL in the Secure tab.

      Thank you.

    • I removed all the myriad of superfluous and contradictory classes on the module instand particle and the language switcher module itself and now it works. Always make sure that you start the module class suffix field with a leading space.

      Regards, Mark.
