SOLVED [Helium] Change padding value in particle features

Hi,
I use the framwork Gantry 5 and the Template Helium on a website.
The particle features (#g-features) has a padding value (3em) that should be reduced in the custom.css to 0.5rem.
It does not work, unfortunately, other values of the custom.css have the right result.
Where is my mistake. I think I just overlook something.

Add this code in custom.scss file or Gantry Page Settings:
#g-features { padding: 0.5rem 0; }
To add custom style sheet to Gantry 5 Framework please follow these instructions:

or if you want to add them in the Page Settings:

But maybe I had the file not cleanly transferred via FTP. I vow to improve.
