SOLVED Gantry Issue? Or Template issue?

Hi Guys
I'm having an issue with one of my sites on the Requim Template
When I go into the Templates > Styles at times (not every time!) its showing an update to Gantry 5.4.16
I click to update however I'm seeing no updates available
When I'm trying to correct a layout on one of my pages, I click layouts and the icon is just constantly spinning and not loading the layouts of the template.
I've tried clearing cache and this is similar.
If you need a super admin please let me know.
