SOLVED Can RT keep us better informed of Gantry release status?

Gantry is a core component which RocketTheme chose to participate in the development of and incorporate. It's far from an adjunct extension.
Last week, Gantry 5.4.16 was released recently and an update is available according to Joomla. So where can we find out if RT considers if Gantry should be updated because it is a valuable security update or fixes critical software defects? Where can we find RT's take on Gantry releases?
RocketTheme developers are in a far better postion to know what a Gantry update means compared to us.
I believe that RT should provide this information in a timely manner for new Gantry releases as part of its responsibility to club members and theme purchasers.
Maybe this information is available somewhere and I missed it? I think putting an announcement clearly in this forum would be helpful.

Gantry is an opensource framework developed by the Rockettheme developers. Gantry has it's own dedicated site which shows the latest versions available for download and can be found here

. When a new release of Gantry is issued it will show in Joomla updater. You should always update to the latest version of Gantry (4 or 5 dependending on the template used) - we wouldn't be releasing a new version if it was not required. A changelog is also shown of the changes made on the same page.
