SOLVED Physical location of Custom JS/CSS Atom

Hi
I added a bunch of javascript using the Custom JS/CSS Atom and it's messing up the page. I cannot even load the template backend as it's throwing an error 500 now. May I know where the physical location of the atoms are stored so I can manually delete the changes?
