SOLVED Widget not publishing

I have created a number of outlines for my site. I have inherited the base outline, then added a new particle. I have done this about 6 times. But when I created a new particle tonight, it is not publishing on the page. Did anything change in the latest Gantry update? Here is the page:

- In what outline did you added that particle i don't see it also that page wp.praisenotes.com/pdfdownloads/beginner/ uses base outline.
- Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

That page you linked us to is using the default outline (which is base outline).
I checked the base outline and the only thing in the aside position is a single widget "mailpoet" (the newsletter subscribe).
So perhaps you have not added the widget to the correct outline?
I looked in your other outlines too and it's not obvious what widget you are referring to?
