    SOLVED Gantry5's Menu Editor is not working

    • hello there,

      there are some problems with the Menu Editor in gantry's admin area.

      first, no matter which menu is chosen in the dropdown menu, there is a message that the menu is empty:

      "
      The menu selected is empty!

      The menu that has been selected is empty. Before you can actually start using the Menu Editor, you need to have at least one menu item assigned to the menu
      "

      the second issue is that on reloading of the page, the dropdown (for choosing the menu) becomes inactive, and does not respond to any click.

      i have both Ambrosia & Topaz templates installed on the site, and this is happening in both of them.
      i also have a different website with only 1 template (different 1) with the same issues - just mentioning this to help debuging.

      can you please advise how to solve this?
      currently we are unable to edit any menu in the site.

      the site is in 2 languaghes, and the homepage of the "ALL" menu was missing the star for some reason. that fixed the problem.

      it must have changed automaticlly during a certein update (joomla / extension), since it was working until a few weeks ago, and no admin has changed it manually. but i'm not sure which update.
