SOLVED Adding the parallax effect to the PHOTON theme

Hello everyone !
I still ask your kind help to solve a problem.
Indeed I wish to add the parallax effect on a div in my home page (Pages - Home)
I first upload 2 files needed for this in the directory www.assufa.org/wp-content/themes/rt_photon/js
then the third file is a library store on the internet.
To load these files I went to Home Pages> Page Settings in the Head properties section.
I manage to load all the files necessary for the use of the parallax effect.
And it worked at the beginning, but when in my home page I add the PARTICLE NEWS SLIDER, the parallax effect does not work anymore and worse my FLEXSLIDER PARTICLE is hide. If I remove the JS files that I included then everything goes back to normal.
I think I do not know how to embed a JS file on my theme.

I use
Theme: Photon (v1.0.6 / rt_photon)
Gantry 5.4.23
the latest version of worpress

This is considered as a customization request which falls way beyond the scope of this support forum. You can always try to post your request in our The Marketplace forum and get (paid) support from someone that is willing to do this.
We use enllax.js for our sites. rather than the script you are trying to use.
It sounds like you are having a JS conflict so look in the browser console and it should give you some more error messages to help you resolve this. Loading multiple versions of jquery can cause this type of issue.
