Hello...I am trying to set up a fixed menu that resides in the middle of my page by default but then sticks to the top as you scroll down. See this page -

The blue menu is good when the page is loaded but needs to stay fixed to the top of the page when scrolling down....ideally staying right under my main (black) menu.
