SOLVED Antares Theme Particles Not Updating

Greetings,
I'm doing a quick replication of a website until we are able to give it some bells and whistles. The site is very basic and I'm attempting to remove the top and bottom logo particles as well as the fixed side social media buttons and anything in the footer.
However, when I make the changes in the "Home - Positions" Antares template nothing updates on the front end. I have tried clearing cache in Gantry as well as clearing cache from Global Configuration.
You can see the website I'm having issues with here:

Anyone have any idea why the changes are not showing up on the front end?

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

Sorry for late reply but you need to adjust the Base Outline, The homepage is currently pulling the Default Outline and the Default outline is inheriting settings in Layout from Base Outline. So go into the Base Outline and remove the logo or change it!
