SOLVED Switch to Gantry 5 - Can not display content

Hello to you, supreme saviors!
We installed gantry 5 on our website www.gaillac-toulza.com
Outside we can not connect to the homepage. Index.php does not connect to the home page.
On the other hand, if one directly taps the link of the homepage everything works perfectly: www.gaillac-toulza.com/accueil-bienvenue
I do not know at all what was wrongly installed.
Is it possible to delete gantry 5 without compromising the entire site?
Thanking you for your help, and hoping that our naivety is not detrimental to the entire site ...

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

For once I managed to find but it's risky!
In fact, the Fluent template had logically installed a home page, I handed the old default homepage that was ignored by Gantry 5 which maintained Fluent by default.
I uninstalled Gantry 5 and there I had no access to anything, I reinstalled and it came back as before, I was able to remove Fluent and return the old home page.
