  • SOLVED Blank White Screen After Activating Gemini Theme on Wordpress

    • I get a blank white screen when I activate Gemini Theme on a fresh wordpress install.

      I am using version 1.0.5 of Gemini and latest version of Gantry 5.

      When I deactivate it and use WordPress default themes, the site opens fine.

      Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    • Enable WP_DEBUG. Also look in the apache error log for any error messages. Also look in browser console - my guess is that you are getting a server500 error. Check you meet the template minimum requirements (e..g memory_limit, PHP version, etC).

      Please would you post your URL, admin id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.

      Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

    • As I indicated you don't meet the requirements...

      I enabled WP_DEBUG and this reveal this error (see screenshot).

      You need to increase your PHP memory_limit to at least 128M

      You do this in php.ini file or your CPanel.
