Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.
For posting sensitive information you hit the Blue Reply Button and then you will see Secure Tab. Post all info that is sensitive in there, only Fellow Mods, Staff and I can see that! - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

Hi
Our website is running on Gantry 4.1.41 and when you upgrade the PHP to any thing above 7 you get an error message on the public side of the website

Simon Dryden - It's best not to post in 7 month old dormant topics or we might miss your post altogether... It's always better to create a new topic of your own.
Looking at your site I can see that you have the Cerulean and Graffito template installed, both of these template versions are way out of date. Cerulean needs to be updated from v1.5 to v1.10 and Graffito needs to be updated from v1.1.1 to v1.12 (although you don't appear to be using Graffito at all?).
I also notice that you do not have a subscription for either of those templates? You will require a current subscription to be able to download the latest versions.
