I get this when I log in to the Joomla Website and visit a page which is restricted to registered users. I can still access the content and and if I refesh the page the Alert is gone.
I am using the lastest version of Gantry (5.4.27) and the the Helium (v5.4.27) template.
Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
Give me exact steps to reproduce the issue
Regards, Mark.

Although I can reproduce this on your site I cannot reproduce it locally on my own installation. Either way, this is really a Joomla issue and won't be anything to do with any RT products. So, I can only suggest that you report this issue on the Joomla.org forum and see if they can help. I can't see anything obviously wrong with your setup.
Try setting up a proper user (that is not a superuser) and see if that works.

I have tried with different Joomla users and get the same result.
I have also tried switching back to the default Joomla template Protostar and then tried. There was no Alert.
This suggest to me that is is a Gantry problem.
As a hack, I will hide the alerts (display:none) on this particular page.
That message is issued by Joomla not Gantry or the template so I still think it's a Joomla issue. I would also reiterate that I set the same thing up locally myself and that worked perfectly (no message). So, it is something on your site.
I'm glad you found a workaround though.
Regards, Mark.
