SOLVED Gantry 4 Template: Menu Not Appearing

Hi everyone. I'm sorry if this issue has been resolved elsewhere, but I've looked everywhere in the forum and can't seem to find the answer.
I'm using gantry v4.1.40 together with its template on joomla 3.4.8.
The default position of the menu is header-b, but it's not appearing in the frontend.
Can anyone help me with this? Or at least point me to the appropriate forum post?

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
Most likely this is because you have not installed roknavmenu.
