SOLVED Gantry 4 Server Requirements

Hi,
After moving my website to another server I am getting an error when trying to access any Gantry 4 template:
An error has occurred.
404 Component not found
Gantry 4 worked fine on the previous server so I can only assume there is a config missing from the server to make Gantry 4 work correctly.
Do you have a full set of requirements that I can ask my web host to check please? Also, are there Joomla plugins/modules etc that are required for Gantry 4 to work also?

Clear your server. Ache and make sure that you log and temp paths are correct and also make sure that you htaccess file us correct too.
Please provide ftp login details.

I have cleared the Joomla cache. Not sure what server cache is?
I'm using the default Joomla htaccess file.
Rest of info secured.
Update:
Now when I try to access the Gantry 4 Template I no longer get an error but it redirects back to the main joomla admin panel.
I also tried a new joomla test installation under the bartleysailingclub.com/test directory and gantry works fine there.
