[Duplicate] Installing Gantry and Lexicon into Joomla site

I have purchased Lexicon and can't seem to get it installed. I assume I need to install the Gantry first. When I try, I get an error. ---- Warning
JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /hermes/bosnaweb13a
Warning: Failed to move file: /tmp/phpz4NWbd to /hermes/bosnaweb13a/b158/ipg.grandpajoespuzzlesco/grand/tmp/joomla-pkg_gantry5_v5.4.34.zip
Not sure what I need to do to proceed.
