SOLVED How to update the RT Gantry Theme?

I want to update the Gantry base theme from 4.1.2 to 4.1.21. Unlike other WordPress themes it doesn't have an update option. Not sure how to do it but I've got some ideas. Before I make a mistake I thought I'd ask here. I tried to upload the 4.1.21 as a new theme but I get the error:
Destination folder already exists.
So I'm thinking I need to delete the current theme and then install the 4.1.21 theme.
Suggestions?

The Gantry 4 Framework plugin did update as provided for through the WordPress system. Through the update panel. The Gantry Theme for WordPress does not though. So I took a hint from these docs and uploaded the theme files using FTP. That worked perfectly.
