SOLVED Gantry only load base outline theme

I'm recently experiencing a problem with gantry based models. I realized that even selecting the correct menu will always load the default outline, even creating others and assigning the correct menu joomla will exclusively load the base outline.
Has anyone been through this and/or could you point me in a direction to solve?
Updated gantry and template. I've already tried it with Joomla 3.9.x and 3.9.10.x.
I've reinstalled gantry and templates. On the server side there is no error log, I have already disabled all third-party extensions. No bugs in Joomla (set maxium). There's no clone.

As you can see in image 1, when I select a non-gantry default template this error message appears.
Image 2 and 3 show that even deleting the default particle "button" and putting a blank space the particle "button" appears in the frontend (menu is assigned right). If I select a gantry based template as default: menu loads base outline and not what I assigned.

As a general rule your should not use multiple templates for one site. Next, If you are going to use Gantry 5 then the default template has to be a Gantry 5 template because othewise Gantry doesn't know from which template to select the particles.
So, change the default template to the Gantry 5 default outline (which I think is the one that you called "Akuatik - Padrão"). This is the outline that will be used by all you pages unless you specifically assign a different one (so it should not be assigned to anything). Next the "home" outline should only be assigned to your home page "incio" and nothing else. If you require other outlines assigned to specific pages then you can create those.

I left a gantry theme as the default for the site, as I had done before.
Please see the "Akuatik - Home" Outline. It has several configured particles, it is assigned to the "Planos e Serviços" menu (psicobusca.com.br/planos). However these particles do not appear, the framework is calling another Outline which apparently is the "Akuatik - Padrao" or the Default (Base Outline), because any changes I make to this outline will be shown in the frontend of the "Plans and Services" menu.
Before the gantry worked faithfully with the other theme (JNetwork), however after recent Joomla update it stopped working (3.10.x). I don't know if there's any connection with that. I just haven't tested a clean install of joomla, gantry + Akuatik.
Load this page: psicobusca.com.br/planos . An Outline that is not specified in the backend is being loaded. It was supposed to appear like this on the frontend: psicobusca.com.br/planos?templateStyle=50 . I found the problem: apparently there is some kind of incompatibility between the Gantry and Helix Ultimate frameworks. I decided to investigate based on your message about using different themes. However this shouldn't be a problem, especially since I've been using both frameworks for a long time. I did a clean install of Joomla + Gantry Theme + Helix Theme and it worked perfectly, It was the same as the site that has a problem, but it worked perfectly.
Could you investigate the problem to point me to a solution?

The Helix framework has a known incompatibility with Gantry - that is why I said you should not use two different templates.
