SOLVED Pick up smoth Scrool up effect "To top" particules

Hello,
Is there any possibilty to pick the smoth scroll up effect of the "To top" particules.
I put on my menu an info icon witch go to an anchor link at the bootom of the page. When clic on it I arrive instantly to the bottom. But I would like the same kind than the progressive and smoth effect"To top" particle.
May be with a "scroll-behavior: smoth" css effect? Native in Gantry/Helium or Boostrap?

However, that will only work for links clicked on within the page. If you navigate to another page or just try to open your site on a bookmarked anchor link you'll just get the default browser behaviour which is to "jump" to that point.
Scroll-behaviour is something quite different.
