In the console I see this:

1. The first error is just a missing sourcemap - just turn off sourcemap in your browser developer tool and that will go away.
2. The second is most likely caused by your mod_security rules blocking access to the json calls that Gantry 5 needs to make - so check your security log and update your rules acoordingly.
