As you can see from my background, I'm a very old customer who buys 1 year, 6 month, 3 month subscriptions, etc... depending on my needs at any given time. So, I'm very clear that if I need support I need to buy a subscription and I have no problem with that, but before I do that I would like to know if there is an answer to my question. Just a yes or a no, to effectively buy a subscription and that makes sense to me.
I have an old template of yours, Myriad, and it's currently updated with joomla 3.7.3 but running with PHP 5.6.
Now, I need to move this site to a new server running PHP 7.4.25 and it's giving the following error:
Warning: require_once(/var/www/website/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/ www/website/public_html/templates/rt_myriad/offline.php on line 223
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/website/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php' (include_path='.:/usr /share/php') in /var/www/website/public_html/templates/rt_myriad/offline.php on line 223
I appreciate the kindness of letting me know if there is any proper procedure to make the migration from rockettheme sites and an older php server to a new one php server. If there is, I will be grateful to know if this knowledge is paid, so I know how to proceed.

First of all, thank you for your kindness in responding.
Just one more question:
I imagine that paying the subscription to download Myriad for Gantry 4 I will find a tutorial that explains how to update a site in operation without losing the contents and customizations already made, right?
Provided you have not modified any of our template files then all you need to do is to download the "standalone" version of the "myriad" template for Gantry 4 and install that in extensions manager > install. You will not lose any customisations made in the template settings, modules, articles, or custom CSS file.
As always you should take a backup before updating anything.
Regards, Mark.

Thank you so much for your valuable support.
I will pass these guidelines to the customer to know that the update/upgrade will be possible to proceed by purchasing the subscription.
