SOLVED Gantry 5 Custom menu item includes index.php

Hello,
I've got a menu item with a custom gantry menu type.
But it includes the index.php part even though I have set sef urls.
Is there a way to remove this?

rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess in your joomla root directory and enable "url rewriting" in global configuration.
