SOLVED Admin is Black & White

- I have a new installation using J4 and the admin is totally Black and White. Even uploaded photos show in Black and white. This does not happen on any other websites within the same browser. What happened? Is there some Safe Mode now?

Problem solved.
I did not know I could set the admin account to see the template in monochrome. I never needed to do that
